摘要
目的观察动静态叠加教育模式在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果。方法将动静态叠加式健康教育应用前(2016年6月-2017年5月)和应用后(2017年5月-2018年6月)接受乳腺癌改良根治手术者各53例纳为观察研究样本,应用前后病例分别设为对照组与试验组,对照组接受常规乳腺癌健康教育,验组接受动静态叠加教育法干预,对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果试验组乳腺癌病例干预后疾病知识掌握度评分、康复依从率、生活质量评分值显著较对照组为高。结论采用动静态叠加式健康教育模式对乳腺癌患者施加干预,可显著提升该类病例在疾病相关知识方面的掌握度与康复行为依从性,赢得生活质量之提高。
Objective To observe the effect of dynamic and static superposition education model in breast cancer patients. Meth ods Before and after the application of dynamic and static superposition health education (from June,2016 to May,2017) and (from May,2017 to June,2018),53 patients with modified radical mastectomy in the hospital were selected as observation samples. The patients were divided into two groups, including the control group and experimental group. The control group received routine breast cancer health education,and the experimental group received dynamic and static superposition education intervention. The observation indexes after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of disease knowledge mastery,rehabilitation compliance and quality of life of breast cancer patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion The intervention of dynamic and static superposition health education model on breast cancer patients can significantly improve the mastering degree of disease related knowledge and rehabilitation behavior compliance,and achieve the improvement of quality of life.
