摘要
以谷子基因组数据库为平台,借用生物信息学手段,对谷子膜结合脂肪酸脱氢酶(FAD)基因家族进行全基因水平上的鉴定及进化分析。结果表明,谷子中含有9个膜结合FAD成员,通过与拟南芥和水稻的膜结合FAD成员一起构建进化树,将其划分成4个亚家族,并发现第一类脱氢酶亚家族的基因在谷子中发生了缺失。此外,谷子膜结合FAD中各个亚家族的基因结构表现出一定的保守性,并且这种保守与其进化关系高度吻合;谷子中仅发现1对膜结合FAD复制基因SiFAD3.1/SiFAD3.2,且该次基因复制事件属于片段复制。研究结果可为谷子膜结合FAD家族的鉴定及分子进化研究提供重要的理论依据。
Based on the genome database of Setaria italica,a genome-wide identification and evolutionary analysis of membrane-bound fatty acid desaturases(FAD)gene family was investigated using bioinformatics approaches.The results showed that a total of 9 membrane-bound FAD members were identified in Setaria italica.All the membrane-bound FAD genes from Arabidopsis,rice and Setaria italica were phylogenetically divided into 4 distinct subfamilies,and First desaturase FAD genes were not found in Setaria italica.Gene structures of members within each subgroup were highly conserved within each phylogenetic group.Only 1 duplicated gene pair SiFAD3.1/SiFAD3.2 was investigated in Setaria italica,and the duplication event was segmental duplication.The results will provide an important theoretical evidence for identification and evolutionary analysis of membrane-bound FAD family in Setaria italica.
