摘要
通过对机械密封的结构分析及装配、试车过程的漏油故障分析,找出装配流程中漏油故障的主要影响因素,采取规范装配操作流程、改进工装结构、改进防护要求等措施,有效避免了装配操作不规范导致的机械密封漏油故障。
Through the structural analysis of the mechanical seal of the main reducing gear input and the analysis of the oil leakage failure during the assembly and commissioning process,the main influencing factors of the oil leakage in the assembly process are found out.Measures such as standardizing assembly operation procedures,improving tooling structure,and improving protection requirements are adopted to effectively avoid mechanical seal oil leakage caused by improper assembly operation.
