摘要
抚顺石化公司800 kt/a乙烯装置丙烯塔循环泵开工后,机封频繁泄漏。结合实际运行情况和机封结构特点分析后,找到导致机封故障的原因,采取了相应的技术改造措施,实现了丙烯塔循环泵的安全长周期运行。
After startup of the propylene circulating pump in the 800kt/a Ethylene Plant of Fushun Petrochemical Company,themechanical seals leaked frequently. After analysis combining the practical operation and mechanical seal structure feature,thecause for mechanical seal failure was found,corresponding technical reformation measures were adopted,and safe and long-periodoperation of the propylene circulation pump has been realized.
