摘要 融合背景下,培养巡回指导教师和资源教师成为职前特殊教育师资培养的重要任务。文章以某高校在融合教育背景下,5年来职前融合教育专业人才培养探索为依据,从其培养目标、课程体系、培养机制、培养模式、师资建设、实践体系等方面进行了分析,发现其在学生发展、特殊教育专业建设、教师专业成长等方面都取得了很好的成效,并针对其存在的问题,提出要加强融合教育课程建设,加强沟通,解决学生就业矛盾的建议。 Under the background of inclusive education, the training of itinerant instructors and resource teachers has become an important task of pre-service special education teachers. Based on the five-year exploration of the pre-service inclusive education teachers training in a university, this paper analyzes the training objectives, curriculum system, training mechanism, training mode, teacher construction and practice system, and finds out that it has achieved good results in students' development, special education professional development and teacher professional development. In view of the existing problems, the paper puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the deep integration of teachers' team, strengthen the construction of inclusive education curriculum, strengthen communication , and solve the employment contradiction of students.
