摘要
目前,地方高等职业技术教育院校和我军士官院校,开展基于工作过程系统化课程改革方兴未艾,广大教育工作者也发表了许多相关论文,从不同的视角表达了各自的观点。但是,从课堂教学和有关教育教学改革报告看,士官院校在进行工作过程系统化课程改革时遇到了不同程度的问题及困惑。通过深入学习研究基于工作过程系统化课程的开发理论,对该课程的特点进行了归纳总结,并对比分析了广大教育工作者在教学改革中遇到的问题,以期为进一步推动基于工作过程系统化课程改革提供实用的意见建议。
At present,systematic curriculum reform based on work process is popular in non-military higher vocational & technical education institutions as well as military sergeant academies.Many educators have published related papers to express their views from different perspectives.However,according to the classroom teaching and the report of the curriculum reform,sergeant colleges have met with some puzzling problems while carrying out the reform.This paper summarizes the characteristics of systematic curriculum based on working process with the presentation of an in-depth study of the theory of systematic developments,and makes a comparative analysis of the educational practitioners in teaching reform.The problems encountered in the reform are expected to lead to suggestions for further promotion of the reform based on work process.
