摘要
目的探讨参麦注射液减轻奥沙利铂相关周围神经毒性反应的临床疗效。方法结直肠癌患者90例接受含奥沙利铂的FOLFOX6方案化疗,化疗开始同时分别给予参麦注射液静脉滴注0.5 g(溶于5%葡萄糖250 ml)每天1次(治疗组,45例)或口服甲钴胺片0.5 g每天3次(对照组,45例),连续5 d。比较两组神经毒性反应发生情况及神经传导速度。结果治疗组急性神经毒性反应发生率为4.44%,低于对照组的22.22%(P<0.05)。治疗组慢性神经毒性反应发生率为28.89%,低于对照组的53.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组运动及感觉传导速度较治疗前增快(P<0.05),且治疗组增快更明显(P<0.05)。结论与口服甲钴胺片比较,对于接受含奥沙利铂辅助化疗方案的结直肠癌患者,静脉注射参麦注射液更能有效减少周围神经毒性反应。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenmai injection in attenuating oxaliplatin-related peripheral neurotoxicity.Methods Ninety patients with colorectal cancer undergoing oxaliplatin-based adjuvant chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases each.Group A was given Shenmai injection 0.5 g in 5% glucose 250 ml daily for 5 days.Group B was given mecobalamin tablets 0.5 g orally three times per day for 5 days.The neurotoxicity and nerve conduction velocity were observed.Results The incidences of acute and chronic neurotoxicity in group A were lower than those in group B(4.44% vs.22.22% and 28.89% vs.53.33%)(P<0.05).The motor conduction velocity and sensory conduction velocity of two groups after treatment were quicker than those before treatment(P<0.05),which were even quicker in group A than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared to oral mecobalamin,Shenmai injection is more effective in attenuating the oxaliplatin-related peripheral neurotoxicity in the patients with colorectal cancer undergoing oxaliplatin-based adjuvant chemotherapy.
