摘要
通过物理包裹法制备了两种不同尺寸的金纳米笼负载多柔比星的纳米药物,采用紫外可见分光光度计和荧光分光光度计研究了两种尺寸金纳米笼对多柔比星的包覆效果,分析并探讨了影响金纳米笼载药量的因素。实验结果表明,物理包裹的方法可以将药物载到金纳米笼空腔内,且相同摩尔浓度的金纳米笼粒径大的载药量较大。
In this paper,two different size gold nanocage loaded DOX drugs were prepared by physical encapsulation method. The UV-visible spectrophotometer and fluorescence spectrophotometer were used to study the loading effect of the two size gold nanocage on DOX. The key factors affecting the drug loading of gold nanocage were explored and analyzed. The results showed that the physical encapsulation method could load the drugs into the gold nanocage cavity,and for the same molar concentration of gold nanocage,the larger nanocage could load more drugs.
