摘要
美国是当今世界最发达的市场经济体制国家,也是最早发起和积极推行终身教育的国家,其终身教育方面的成绩显著。以美国社区学院为代表的美国终身教育模式,具有开放性、多样性、灵活性和实用性的特点,100多年来,为美国的经济、政治、文化和社会的进步做出了巨大的贡献。做为终身教育重要组成部分的中国自学考试,如何适应经济社会转型发展需求,针对性地培养人才,是摆在教育工作者面前的重要课题。从美国社区学院发展与中国自学考试发展的比较视角,阐述两者之间的异同点,进而提出其对我国自学考试未来发展的几点战略启示。
The United States is not only a country with the most developed market economy system in the world today,but also the first country to initiate and actively promote lifelong education with remarkable achievements.The American lifelong education model,represented by the American Community College,is characterized by its openness,diversity,flexibility,and practicality.For more than 100 years,it has made tremendous contributions to the economic,political,cultural,and social progress of the United States.At present,as China's economy enters a period of transformation and upgrading,with the goal transference from the pursuit of high-speed development to high-quality development,a large number of applied and skilled talents are needed during this period.As an important part of lifelong education,China's self-study exams should study some important issues as to how to adapt to the needs of economic and social transformation and development,and cultivate talents in a targeted manner.This paper tries to illustrate the similarities and differences between the development of American community colleges and the development of selfstudy exams in China,and then puts forward some strategic inspirations for the future development of selfstudy exams in China.
