摘要
通过研究美国社区学院的功能定位、治理结构、经费来源、师资队伍等办学基本要素,剖析社区学院的无门槛入学、质量保障、兼职教师等面临的主要问题,思考对于中国高职教育发展可资借鉴的经验与做法。
By studying the function orientation,governance structure,sources of funds,teachers and other education basic elements of American community college,to analyze the main problems faced by community colleges,such as no threshold enrollment,quality assurance,and part-time teachers,to think China can draw lessons from the experience and practice of higher vocational education development.
