摘要
目的:分析通过优化输液流程使门诊提高输液效率及降低差错发生率。方法:笔者所在医院2016年1-12月实施优化门诊输液流程,1000例患者设为观察组,另选2015年1-12月未实施优化门诊输液流程的1000例患者设为对照组,比较两组于门诊输液的等待时间、护理质量及护理满意度。结果:观察组静脉输液等待时间短于对照组,护理质量及护理满意度评分均高于对照组,护理差错发生率少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优化门诊输液流程,可为患者提供更为安全、高效的输液服务,提高治疗效果及护理满意度。
Objective:To analyze on improving infusion efficiency and reduce the incidence of errors by optimizing the infusion process.Method:In our hospital from January to December 2016,1 000 patients with optimization of outpatient infusion process were selected as the observation group,and from January to December 2015,another 1 000 patients without optimization of outpatient infusion process were selected as the control group.The waiting time,quality of nursing,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The waiting time of intravenous infusion in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group.The quality of nursing score and the nursing satisfaction score were higher than those of the control group.The incidence of nursing errors was less than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Optimizing outpatient infusion process can provide patients with safer and more efficient infusion services,improve treatment effects,and improve nursing satisfaction.
