摘要
目的 探讨外侧扩大入路联合内侧入路治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的效果.方法 选择2013年6月至2018年6月北京市昌平区医院骨科接受手术治疗的28例复杂性胫骨平台骨折患者作为研究对象.患者均采取外侧扩大入路联合内侧入路治疗.对比术前与术后6个月时本组膝关节功能与膝关节活动度的变化.并观察术后并发症情况.结果 本组术后Lysholm评分高于术前(t=8.656.P<0.01).且无明显的并发症出现.Lysholm评分:术前(35.2±10.2)分.术后(115.5±10.5)分.结论外侧扩大入路联合内侧入路治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折可以有效改善患者的膝关节功能.安全可靠.
Objective To explore the effect of enlarge-lateral approaches combined with posteromedial approaches in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fracture. Methods The clinical data of 28 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures treated in Department of Orthopedics. Beijing Changping Disyrict were retrospectively analyzed from June 2013 to June 2018. All patients in this group were treated with enlarge-lateral and posteromedial approaches. The knee function and range of motion were evaluated by comparing preoperation and 6 months after the operation. and the postoperative complications were also observed. Results The Lysholm scores after operation were better than the data of preoperation(t = 8. 523.P < 0. 01). and no obvious complication occurred. The Lysholm scores were 35. 2 ± 10. 2 preoperatively and 115. 5 ± 10. 5 postoperatively. Conclusion The enlarge-lateral and posteromedial approaches for the treatment of complex tibial plateau fracture are effective for knee function recovery in clinic. It is safety and reliability.
