摘要
目的:分析X线辅助扩大前外侧入路治疗胫骨后平台骨折的效果。方法:选取2020年11月-2021年11月厦门市第五医院收治的88例胫骨后平台骨折患者为研究对象,利用信封法随机分为两组,各44例。A组实施X线辅助扩大前外侧入路方式处理,B组采用传统前外侧入路,比较两组治疗效果的差异。结果:A组手术时间长于B组,但术中出血量少于B组,住院时间及骨折愈合时间均短于B组(P<0.05)。A组术后视觉疼痛模拟量表(VAS)评分低于B组,美国特种外科医院(HSS)评分和膝关节伸屈活动度(ROM)均高于B组(P<0.05)。A组骨折复位优良率与治疗总有效率均高于较B组(P<0.05)。A组并发症发生率低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:X线辅助扩大前外侧入路治疗胫骨后平台骨折的效果显著,能有效改善患者临床症状,促进骨折处愈合,具有更好的安全性,可广泛应用于临床。
Objective:To analyze the effect of X-ray assisted extended anterolateral approach in the treatment of posterior tibial plateau fractures.Method:Eighty-eight patients with posterior tibial plateau fractures who admitted to Xiamen Fifth Hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected for the study and randomly divided into two groups using the envelope method,44patients in each group.Group A was treated by X-ray assisted expanded anterolateral approach,and group B was treated by traditional anterolateral approach,and the differences in the treatment effects between two groups were compared.Result:The operative time in group A was longer than that in group B,but the intraoperative bleeding was less than that in group B,and the hospital stay and fracture healing time were shorter than those in group B(P<0.05).The postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)score in group A after surgery was lower than that in group B,and Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)score and knee extension and flexion range of motion(ROM)in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05).The excellent fracture healing rate of reduction and total effective rate in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in group A was lower than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Effect of X-ray assisted expanded anterolateral approach in the treatment of posterior tibial plateau fractures is significant,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,promote the healing of fractures,and has better safety,which can be widely used in clinical practice.
