摘要
由于公共服务落后、发展规划滞后等原因,农村地区人口外流、人才短缺现象较为严重,成为制约农业发展的重要因素。乡村振兴战略的实施有利于彻底解决乡村发展不充分、城乡发展不平衡的问题,其中,解决人才短缺问题是当务之急。应运用大数据理念和技术,增强乡村对各类人才的吸引力。通过构建和完善增收机制、激励机制、培训机制等方式建立人才支撑体系,从调整产业结构、优化信息平台、提升乡村教育水平、提升公共服务供给水平等方面采取具体措施,为各类人才在乡村安居乐业提供良好的外部环境。
Because of the backwardness of public services and development planning,the outflow of population and the shortage of talents in rural areas are very serious,which has become an important factor restricting the development of agriculture.The implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization is conducive to thoroughly solving the problems of insufficient rural development and unbalanced urban and rural development.Among them,it is urgent to solve the problem of talent shortage.The concept and technology of big data should be used to enhance the attraction of rural talents.Through the construction and improvement of income-increasing mechanism,incentive mechanism,training mechanism and other ways to establish a talent support system,from the adjustment of industrial structure,optimization of information platform,upgrading the level of rural education,improvement of the public service supply level and other aspects,some concrete measures can provide a good external environment for all types of talents in rural areas to live and work in peace and contentment.
