摘要
健全乡村治理机制是乡村治理的核心,而乡贤文化是乡村治理的内生因素。在转型时期,我国乡村治理面临着乡村文化匮乏、人才流失、基层政府认同度降低、乡村社会道德滑坡等一系列挑战。弘扬乡贤文化是加强乡村治理的内生动力,主要体现在维系乡情纽带、规范乡土秩序、传承地域文化、带领崇德向善、奉献知识技能、促进改革发展等方面。通过弘扬乡贤文化,促进乡村治理机制创新应该采取以下做法:建立互动参与的文化传承机制、多元协商的社会共治机制、畅通有序的人才引进机制以及礼法兼治的矛盾解决机制。
A sound rural governance mechanism is the core of the rural governance. The endogenous factor of the rural governance isthe culture of village sages. During the transitional period of our country, the rural governance of our country is facing a series of challenges, such as weakening of rural culture, brain drain, low recognition of the grass-roots government, moral decline. The culture of villagesages represents the standard order, cultural inheritance, the orientation of goodness, dedication of the good knowledge and skills and promotion of the reform and development, etc in the countryside. And both the culture of village sages and governance mechanism require thefollowing approaches： establishing interactive mechanism of cultural inheritance, multiple negotiation mechanism of social work, open andorderly talent introduction mechanism and the mechanism of resolution to conflicts.
