摘要
目的:探究系统护理干预对慢性胃炎及胃溃疡患者疗效、不良心理及生活质量的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院消化内科于2016年7月-2018年6月收治的以慢性胃炎及胃溃疡为诊断的患者60例,按随机数字表法分成对照组(30例)与系统组(30例),对照组采取常规护理干预,系统组采取系统护理干预。对比两组的临床疗效,治疗前后不良心理(SAS、SDS评分)及生活质量情况。结果:系统组总有效率(90.00%)高于对照组(63.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均较护理前明显减少,系统组SDS、SAS评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,系统组生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性胃炎及胃溃疡患者的护理中,采取系统护理干预,可提高临床治疗效果,减少不良心理情绪对疾病治疗的影响,有效改善患者生活质量。
Objective:To observe the effect of systematic nursing intervention on curative effect,unhealthy psychology and quality of life in patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer.Method:A total of 60 patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer were admitted to our department of digestive medicine from July 2016 to June 2018.They were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases) and the system group(30 cases).The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the system group received systematic nursing intervention.The clinical therapeutic effect,unhealthy psychology(SAS,SDS) and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the system group(90.00%) was higher than that of the control group(63.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were significantly reduced compared with those before nursing,and the scores of SDS and SAS in the system group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of quality of life in the system group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer,systematic nursing intervention can improve the clinical therapeutic effect of patients,reduce the influence of unhealthy psychology mood on the treatment of diseases,and effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
