饲养方式对武冈铜鹅生产性能、肌肉营养成分及饲养效益的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Feeding Modes on Productive Performance, Meat Nutrient Contents and Feeding Benefits of Wugang Bronze Geese

摘要 试验旨在研究舍饲和放牧补饲两种饲养方式对武冈铜鹅生产性能及经济效益的影响.选用200羽1周龄武冈铜鹅,随机分成2组,每组5个重复,每重复20羽鹅.第1组为放牧补饲组,第2组为全舍饲组.试验为期63d.结果表明:两种饲养方式对2~4周龄武冈铜鹅生产性能指标无显著影响(P> 0.05),但5~10周龄第2组平均日采食量和平均日增重显著高于第1组(P< 0.05),全程料重比和死淘率两组间无显著差异(P> 0.05);第1组胸肌和腿肌水分含量显著高于第2组(P< 0.05),而第1组胸肌粗蛋白含量显著低于第2组(P<0.05),腿肌和胸肌中粗脂肪、肌苷酸和氨基酸含量两组间无显著差异(P> 0.05);与第1组相比,第2组每只鹅可增加利润7.49元.结果提示,武冈铜鹅采用全舍饲饲养可提高生产性能和饲养效益. The aim of this test was to study the effects of feeding modes on productive performance and feeding benefits of Wugang bronze geese. 200 1-week-old Wugang bronze geese were randomly assigned to two groups with five replicates per group and twenty geese per replicate. Group 1 was grazing group with supplementary feeding. Group 2 was fed indoors. The experiment lasted for 63 days. The results showed that the performance indexes of two groups had no significant difference for 2~4 weeks Wugang bronze geese(P>0.05);ADFI and ADG of group 2 were significantly higher than that of group 1(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in F/G and mortality between group 1 and group 2 in the whole test(P>0.05). The contents of moisture in breast and leg muscle of group 1 were significantly higher than those of group 2(P<0.05). But the crude protein in breast muscle of group 1 was significantly lower than that of group 2(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in EE, IMP and amino acids in breast and leg muscle between two groups(P>0.05). The benefits of group 2 increased 7.49 yuan per goose compared with group 1. These results indicate that the indoor feeding can improve the performance and profits of Wugang geese compared with the grazing and supplementary feeding pattern.
