摘要
高校质量文化建设是促进高校人才培养质量不断提升的最持久、最深沉的力量。“互联网+高等教育”赋予了高校质量文化兼容性、创新性、交互性和开放性的新内涵。目前,我国传统高校质量文化建设中存在质量标准体系不完整、专业建设逻辑不合理和教师创新能力不足等问题,应构建“互联网+”背景下高校质量文化建设框架,助推新时代高等教育任务的实现。
The construction of quality culture is the most lasting and deep force to promote the quality of personnel training at universities. Internet + higher education has given new connotation of compatibility innovation convenience and openness to quality culture of universities. In view of the problems of incomplete quality standard system unreasonable logic of major construction and insufficient innovation of teachers' ability in the construction of quality culture in traditional universities the manuscript put forward to the framework of quality culture at universities in the background of internet + to help achieve higher education task in the new era.
