摘要
《大学英语教学指南》实施两年多来,全国各高校大学英语教学改革积极推进,改革成效如何成为人们关心的热点,通过教师适应性这一观测点可以对改革成效进行相关测量。围绕《指南》内容,问题设计聚焦教师对主体任务设计的认可度、对创新观念的接受度、对教学支持条件的承认度、对自身发展变化的应对度等四个方面,通过扫描改革关键环节中的教师适应状态,发现大学英语教学改革的积极成效以及消极存在,并为此提出了建设性应对思考。
College English Teaching Guidelines has been implemented for more than two years, and the reform of College English teaching has been actively promoted in all colleges and universities throughout the country. The reform effectiveness can be measured with college English teachers adaptability in the reform context, which determines whether it can be a hot issue that attracts people s attention. Focusing on the contents of the Guidelines , the problem design focuses on the four aspects: teachers acceptance of the main task design, their acceptance of innovative ideas, their acceptance of teaching support conditions and their response to changes in their own development. By scanning the teachers adaptation status in the key session of the reform, the paper finds out the positive and negative effects of College English teaching reform, and puts forward some constructive suggestions for the future College English teaching.
