摘要
本文针对单一低透气性突出煤层的突出危险性,基于穿层钻孔区域消突卸压增透机理,采用预测指标法测定煤层瓦斯抽采有效半径,依据测定结果设计穿层钻孔参数,利用岩石底板巷穿层钻孔对煤层卸压增透抽采瓦斯,某突出矿井应用结果表明:穿层钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯后021710掘进工作面煤层残余瓦斯含量与瓦斯压力,钻屑瓦斯解吸指标Δh2和钻屑量S指标均低于始突临界值,瓦斯抽采率达33%。提高了煤层透气性和瓦斯抽采率,保证煤巷安全快速掘进。
In this paper, aiming at the outstanding danger of a single low-permeability outburst coal seam, based on the mechanism of the pressure relief and permeability enhancements and the outburst elimination in crossing borehole area, the prediction index method is used to determine the effective radius of the coal seam gas drainage, and the drilling parameters are designed according to the measurement results. Gas extraction by pressure relief and permeability enhancement of coal seam by drilling through strata in rock floor is used. The application results of an outburst mine indicate that after pre-draining coal seam gas in the crossing borehole, the residual gas content, gas pressure, drilling cuttings gas desorption indices (Δh2) and volume of drilling yields (S) of the 021710 heading face are lower than the initial critical value and the gas extraction rate reached 33%. It improves the permeability of the coal seam and the gas drainage rate, ensuring the safe and rapid tunneling of the coal roadway.
