倒U型槽中天然气管道泄漏扩散模拟 被引量:3

摘要 建立了商业体户内倒U型槽中天然气管道泄漏扩散的数学模型,对泄漏口向下时不同管径、泄漏口孔径和泄漏速度下天然气在倒U型槽中的扩散过程进行模拟,确定了不同条件下泄漏气体触发报警器的时间以及倒U型槽的最佳安全高度。结果表明:管径对触发报警器的时间和倒U型槽的最佳安全高度几乎没有影响;泄漏速度越大,触发报警器的时间越长,倒U型槽的最佳安全高度越大;泄漏口孔径越大,触发报警器所需的时间越短,倒U型槽的最佳安全高度越大。 A mathematical model for the dispersion of natural gas releases from an inverted U-shaped tank in a commercial gas pipelines was built.The dispersion process of natural gas in the inverted U-shaped tank when the leakage hole was downward was simulated with different pipe diameters,diameters of leakage hole and leakage velocities so that the time of triggering alarm and the optimal safety height of inverted U-shaped tank were determined.The results indicated that the pipe diameters have little influence on the time of triggering alarm and optimal safety height of the inverted Ushaped tank;The increase of leakage velocity will lead to the increase of alarm time and the safety height of the inverted U-shaped tank;The increase of the leakage hole will shorten the alarm time and increase the safe height of the inverted U-shaped tank.
