摘要
为准确评估天然气泄漏事故危害后果,及时制定合理的应急预案,提出液化天然气运输过程瞬态泄漏扩散仿真模型。分析液化天然气的组成成分和特征参数,从泄露源、大气环境和地表环境等方面探究影响泄漏扩散的基本因素;综合各类因素影响程度,计算云团初始质量和状态,将瞬态泄漏描述为两相泄漏过程,获取闪蒸部分占比,运算泄漏时物质质量流速;综合考虑以离散相模型作为扩散模拟模型,在分别满足动量、能量和质量三者守恒基础上实现泄漏扩散仿真。仿真结果表明,泄漏危害区域会随时间和泄漏强度的增加逐渐扩大,当扩散浓度没有稳定时,危害区域随风速等级的增大而增大,一旦浓度达到稳定状态,因气云稀释作用,风力越大,形成的危害区域越小,仿真结果符合客观事实,可为泄露事故提供真实有效的数据信息。
In order to accurately evaluate the hazard of natural gas leakage accidents and formulate reasonable emergency plans in time,this article constructed a model of simulating transient leakage diffusion in LNG transportation.First of all,the composition and characteristic parameters of LNG were analyzed.And the basic factors influencing leakage diffusion were explored from the aspects of leakage source,atmospheric environment and surface environment.The initial mass and state of the cloud cluster were calculated after the influence degree of various factors was comprehensively analyzed.And then the transient leakage was described as a two-phase leakage process.Moreover,the proportion of the flashing part was calculated,and the mass velocity during leakage was also calculated.Based on comprehensive consideration,the discrete phase model was taken as a model to simulate diffusion.Finally,the leakage diffusion simulation was realized on the basis of satisfying momentum conservation,energy conservation and mass conservation.Simulation results show that the hazard area of leakage will gradually expand with the increase of time and leakage intensity.When the diffusion concentration is not stable,the hazard area will increase with the increase of wind speed.Once the concentration reaches a stable state,due to the dilution of the gas cloud,the stronger the wind,the smaller the area of harm it can cause.The simulation results are in line with the objective facts,and can provide real and effective data information for leakage accidents.
