摘要
现代学徒制是当前我国职业教育改革与发展的热点。澳大利亚的新学徒制、德国的“双元制”、美国的注册学徒制及英国的层次化学徒制模式都各具特色。总体来说,其良好的制度环境、完善的法律保障及有效的政策和经费支持为我国发展现代学徒制提供了可资借鉴的启示,即要积极发挥政府、企业和学校三方作用,将现代学徒制工作落到实处。
Modern apprenticeship is a hot issue of vocational education reform and development in China. The new apprenticeship system in Australia, the " dual system" in Germany, the registered apprenticeship system in the United States and hierarchical apprenticeship mode in the United Kingdom have their own characteristics. Generally speaking, its good institutional environment, perfect legal guarantee and effective policy and financial support provide a reference for the development of modern apprenticeship system in China, that is, to actively play the tripartite role of government, enterprises and schools, and put the work of modern apprenticeship into practice.
