摘要
针对燃气轮机主轴承滚子工作表面裂纹,从故障滚子的宏观形貌、微观形貌、尺寸、硬度、能谱、金相等方面进行分析。结果表明,滚子裂纹为原材料在冶炼过程中产生的皮下气泡导致的缺陷,预防措施主要有改进冶炼工艺,加强原材料和成品涡流探伤检查。
Aimed at surface cracks on rollers of main bearings for gas turbines during operation, the macro morphology, micro morphology, size, hardness, energy spectrum, metallography of fault rollers are analyzed. The results show that the cracks on rollers are defects caused by subcutaneous bubbles in raw material during smelting process. The preventive measures are improvement of smelting process, enhancement of eddy current defect detection of raw material and finished products.
