超低碳钢铸坯皮下气泡缺陷产生原因分析及控制措施 被引量:8

摘要 重点分析了超低碳钢铸坯皮下气泡缺陷产生的原因。超低碳钢铸坯皮下气泡是导致其热轧盘条表面产生结疤、翘皮、折叠等表面缺陷的主要原因,影响后续拉拔和镀铜细丝的表面质量,更严重的将导致断丝问题。通过对钢液中气泡产生原因和[C]、[O]对应关系的理论分析,将超低碳钢钢液中的氧活度稳定控制在80μg/g以下,能够有效降低超低碳钢铸坯皮下气泡缺陷产生的几率,保证其成品盘条表面质量的稳定,满足了高端用户的使用要求。 The causes of subcutaneous bubble defects in ultra low carbon steel slab were analyzed. The subcutaneous bubbles of ultra low carbon steel slab were the main cause of scarring,warping,folding and other surface defects in hot rolled rod,affecting subsequent drawing and surface quality of copper filaments. Based on the analysis of [C] and [O] correspondence theory,the oxygen activity was controlled under 80 μg / g or less in ultra low carbon steel which could effectively reduced the subcutaneous probability of bubble defects in ultra low carbon steel slab,to ensure its stable surface quality and meet the end user's requirements.
