摘要
在微波遥感领域,基于FPGA的数字相关器在集成度、可变积分时间、最大通道数等方面具有很大的优势。数字相关器使用单片逻辑资源丰富的FPGA--XC7V2000T即完成70个通道的数字相关处理,文章给出了相关器时钟拓扑和电源网络设计,软件设计中给出了相位同步方法和关键时序优化措施。经过测试,数字相关器通道间相位差异小于100ps,反演成像效果良好。
In the field of microwave remote sensing,the digital correlator based on FPGA has great advantages in terms of integration,variable integration time,and maximum channel number.The digital correlator uses a single-chip FPGA-XC7V2000T which is rich in logic resources to complete digital correlation processing between 70 channels.The article gives the correlator clock topology and power network design.The phase synchronization method and key timing optimization are given in the software design.Measures.After test,the phase difference between the digital correlator channels is less than 100ps,and the inversion imaging effect is good.
