摘要
在我国城市化进程大范围铺展开来的带动下,使得房屋转让,房屋租赁,平改,征收等各种形式的工程成为了各个城市中的重点问题。特别是房屋征收工作的开展中,产权变更的问题,因为涉及到的层面较多,进而会造成施工方和业主之间出现分歧,对房屋的征收活动的组织实施会形成一定的制约。进而需要以房屋征收中涉及到的额产权变更问题作为研究对象,借助针对房屋征收中的产权变更时限来实施综合分析,指出了房屋征收中的产权的变更的影响因素。
