摘要
文章从基础设施、需求特征、组织模式、经营主体、法规政策等方面,系统梳理分析青海省农村客运发展的现状,并结合脱贫攻坚、乡村振兴、交通强国等国家战略、政策,分析青海省农村客运发展面临的形势与要求,深入分析了青海省农村客运发展存在的主要问题,从目标导向和问题导向出发,研究提出青海省农村客运发展的对策,可为青海省农村客运的发展提供参考和借鉴。
This papev systematically analyzes the current situation of rural pasengev transportation developmeni in Qinghai Province, including infrastructure, demand chaacteistics of trafOa velume, organization mode, service capabilitz, business entity, reeulations and policies . Besides, combined with national strateeies and policies such as poverty alleviation, nrai revitalization, and transportation powea, this paper analyzes the situation, requiremenr and even the main problems of mrai passenger transportation deelopment in Qinghai Provincc. Starting from the goal and problem orientation, the countermeasures for the rural passenger transport development in Qinghai Province are proposed, which can provide reference for its future improvement.
