摘要
针对某汽轮机组试验中出现的主汽门无法继续开启的故障,通过理论分析,得出故障原因。改进控制模式,合理设置调门冲转模式后,可实现在整个开机升速加载过程中对转速的精确控制。
For the main steam valve that cannot be continuously opened during the test of a steam turbine unit, the cause of the failure is obtained through theoretical analysis. After the control mode is improved, and the gate switching mode is properly set, the precise control of the rotation speed during the entire startup speed loading process can be realized.
