基于BIM的航站楼火灾差异化防排烟研究 被引量:3

摘要 航站楼作为特殊的大空间建筑,人员密集度高,疏散距离长。传统的防排烟设施在这类建筑火灾情境下存在耦合度不高、效率低等的缺陷。为应对这些缺陷,并解决目前航站楼火灾过程中烟气防排困难等问题,提出差异化防排烟设计方案对各防火分区进行性能化设计。集成航站楼各项动静态信息,建立候机厅的建筑信息模型(BIM)。利用Pyrosim仿真软件,设计并实现航站楼自然排烟与机械排烟的差异化方案,评估不同的防排烟措施对人员疏散安全性的影响。数值仿真结果表明,对比传统的技术手段,差异化防排烟方案能提高烟气防排的安全效能,进而优化类似航站楼等大空间建筑防火设计理念。 Airport terminal has the characteristic of high occupation density and long evacuation distance as a spe cial large space building.Traditional smoke exhaust system cannot highly match the building when fire is broking out.In addition,this measure is low efficiency.A differentiation design of smoke exhaust system was proposed for Performance-based design of various fire zones to solve the loosely coupled,low efficiency and the problems of smoke exhaust in airport terminal fire.A terminal Building Information Model was set up by combining every dynamic and static information.The differentiation design between natural smoke exhaust and mechanical exhaust can evaluate the influence of different smoke exhaust systems on the safety of people’s evacuation by using Pyrosim software.A c cording to the simulation statistics and numerical analysis,differentiation design of smoke exhaust can improve the safety effect of smoke exhaust,and then optimize the fire protection design concept of large space buildings,such as terminal building.
