摘要
目的观察针对性护理在小儿肺炎护理中的临床应用效果。方法 92例肺炎患儿,根据患儿家属意愿分为对照组与观察组,各46例。对照组患儿接受常规护理模式,观察组患儿在对照组基础上配合针对性护理。比较两组患儿护理效果及症状缓解时间、体温恢复时间及总治疗时间。结果经护理后,观察组患儿治疗总有效率为93.48%,明显高于对照组的76.09%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿症状缓解时间、体温恢复时间及总治疗时间分别为(1.98±0.72)、(3.25±0.77)、(5.38±2.75)d;对照组患儿症状缓解时间、体温恢复时间及总治疗时间分别为(3.05±1.02)、(5.41±1.54)、(8.61±3.46)d。观察组患儿症状缓解时间、体温恢复时间及总治疗时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理在小儿肺炎护理中的临床应用效果显著,可有效缓解患儿临床体征,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of targeted nursing in the nursing of pediatric pneumonia. Methods A total of 92 pneumonia children were divided by family willings into control group and observation group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing mode, and the observation group received targeted nursing on the basis of the control group. Comparison were made on nursing effect,symptom remission time,body temperature recovery time and total treatment time between the two groups.Results After nursing, the observation group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as 93.48%than 76.09% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group had symptom remission time, body temperature recovery time and total treatment time respectively as(1.98±0.72),(3.25 ±0.77) and(5.38±2.75) d,which were(3.05±1.02),(5.41 ±1.54) and(8.61 ±3.46) d in the control group. The observation group had obviously shorter symptom remission time, body temperature recovery time and total treatment time than the control group, and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing shows remarkable clinical effect in nursing of pediatric pneumonia,and it can effectively relieve the clinical symptom of children. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
