摘要
带教工作质量的高低对实习生工作存在直接相关性,在临床工作中扮演重要角色。因此教学模式的选择起着关键作用。目前多数医院泌尿外科临床带教工作质量不佳,将对泌尿外科临床实习生的教学因素进行陈述,对其临床中大家反映出的问题进行分析,并提出解决方案。其主要目的是尽快帮助实习生将理论知识与临床实践相结合,能更深入地提高其专业水平,有利于实习生更好的为患者服务,实现其人生价值,增强社会责任感。适宜的教学工作模式,大幅提高在泌尿外科临床带教中临床能力,在临床中具有一定的推广价值及借鉴意义。
The quality of teaching is directly related to the interns’ work and plays an important role in clinical work. Therefore, the choice of teaching mode plays a key role. At present, the quality of urology clinical teaching in most hospitals is not good. The teaching factors of urology clinical interns will be stated, the problems reflected in their clinical practice will be analyzed, and the solutions will be put forward. Its main purpose is to help interns integrate theoretical knowledge with clinical practice as soon as possible, to further improve their professional level, to help interns better serve patients, realize their life value and enhance their sense of social responsibility. The appropriate teaching mode can greatly improve the clinical competence in clinical teaching of urology, which has certain popularization value and reference significance in clinic.
