摘要
本文以2016年贵德县精准扶贫项目河阴镇红柳滩村千亩果品生产基地杏树种植开展气象服务为例,对贵德地区种植杏树的现状调查,杏树生长的物候期农业气象指标、气象灾害、病虫害指标以及管理生产的农事活动指标进行了确定。依据指标制定服务方案,确定发布产品时间和类型,来开展杏树物候期、农事活动期及期间农用天气预报和服务效益评估等。为杏树气象服务提供了参考依据,为合理开发利用当地气候资源,趋利避害降低农业灾害风险,为气象科技支持产业扶贫项目服务提供科学支撑。
This paper takes the 2016 precision poverty alleviation project in Guide County as an example to investigate the current situation of planting almond trees in Guide area.The phenological agricultural meteorological index,meteorological disaster,pest index and agricultural activity index of management production were determined.According to the indicators,the service plan is formulated,the product time and type are determined,and the weather forecast and service benefit evaluation for apricot trees are carried out during the period of activity and period of agricultural activities.It provides references for apricot meteorological services,provides scientific support for the rational development and utilization of local climate resources,reduces the risk of agricultural disasters,and supports meteorological science and technology to support industrial poverty alleviation projects.
