摘要
农业是中国经济发展的一项支柱性产业,农业生产与天气息息相关。农用天气预报旨在为农户提供有益支持,起到防灾减灾、增产增收的作用,是一种具有针对性的气象预报,是当前天气预报业务的发展重点。针对现代农用天气预报业务概念、发展历程进行了阐述与分析,并探讨了现代农用天气预报业务发展过程中存在的问题,提出了相应的解决措施。
Agriculture is a pillar industry of economic development in China,and agricultural production is closely related to the weather.Agricultural weather forecast aims to provide beneficial support for farmers and having the effect of disaster prevention and mitigation as well as production raise.It is both a kind of targeted meteorological forecast and the key field of the current weather forecast business.Based on the illustration and analysis on modern agricultural weather forecast business concepts and the development course,the problems in the development of modern agricultural weather forecast business were discussed and some corresponding solutions were also put forward.
