摘要
随着信息技术的高速发展,数据化的已经逐渐深入到日常生活中的各个领域。而在医疗领域也涉及到了各种各样的技术应用,在医疗管理中也能通过数据有效建立起各式各样的信息系统,包括患者的就诊信息系统以及医疗档案病例系统等,而在这些档案中又包含着大量的医疗数据,这些医疗数据在日常应用中被应用于各个方面,包括绩效管理方面。大数据能够有效推动医院的绩效管理,使得数据的应用更加有效。本文围绕着医疗大数据在医院绩效管理中的应用展开叙述。
With the rapid development of information technology,data has gradually penetrated into various areas of daily life. In the medical field,various kinds of technology applications are also involved. In the medical management,various information systems can be effectively established through data,including patient’s information system and medical records case system. These files also contain a large number of medical data,which are used in various aspects of daily applications,including performance management. Big data can effectively promote hospital performance management and make the application of data more effective. This paper focuses on the application of big medical data in hospital performance management.
