精益化管理源自企业管理,它以持续改进、追求卓越、追求完美为目标,既是一种管理方式,也是一种文化和理念。该文将从精益化管理提升医院文化建设的理论基础、实践及应用效果进行分析,以期丰富医院文化内涵、创新医院文化,促进医院可持续发展。
The lean management starts from the enterprise management.It regards continuous improvement, the pursuit of excellence, the pursuit of perfection as the management goal. The lean management is not olny a management style, but also a culture and philosophy. This paper will analyze of the value of lean management in the process of upgrading the cultural construction of the hospital, in order to enriching and innovating the culture of hospital,promoting the sustainable development of hospital.
