摘要
在工业控制逐渐趋于数字信息化、智能化、集成化的大时代背景下,地域和时间上不受限制的远程监控技术成为了自动化控制系统的急切要求。本文以TeamViewer监控平台为参照,将之与PLC组态监控技术相结合,实现手机端远程监控PLC。通过上位机和网络服务器对工况现场数据进行采集,通过工业以太网将PLC和组态软件进行局域网连接,使组态技术、互联网、手机终端数据处理技术紧密结合,以形成状态、数据、监控、管理于一体的手机端远程监控系统。有效地实现了现场控制状态数据的远距离实时查看,极大地提升了PLC控制系统的工作效率和故障维修处理能力。
Under the background of industrial control which tends to be digital information,intelligence and integration,remote monitoring technology which is unrestricted in area and time has become the urgent requirement of automatic control system. This paper takes TeamViewer monitoring platform of mobile phone as reference,and combines it with PLC configuration monitoring technology to realize remote monitoring of PLC on mobile phone. Through the upper computer and the network server to the working condition field data collection,through the industrial Ethernet will be PLC and configuration software LAN connection,so that the configuration technology,the internet,mobile terminal data processing technology is closely combined to form a mobile terminal remote monitoring system,data,monitoring,management in one. The remote real-time view of the field control status data is effectively realized,which greatly improves the working efficiency of PLC control system and the fault repair and treatment ability.
