摘要
传统的PLC实验系统采用实验箱或模拟屏的方法进行演示,学生无法直观看到系统真实被控对象的动作状态及工艺状况,直观性差,同时也降低了实验效果和学生对PLC实验的兴趣。当前,基于组态软件的实验仿真教学平台研究较多,但对于平台的构建细节并未作出阐述。以电镀生产线仿真实验平台构建为例,详细设计并阐述了仿真实验平台的整个构建过程和构建方法,为同类学校和教师开发、构建类似实验仿真平台提供了一定的技术基础信息,具有一定的实用价值。
At present,about the configuration software simulation teaching platform research based on more,but for the construction details have not been described,on this platform.The electroplating production line simulation experiment platform as an example,the detailed design and describes the experimental platform of the whole construction process and construction method for similar experimental simulation platform provides the technical foundation of information the construction of similar schools and teachers' development,and has a certain practical value.
