民国新教育运动中的文化失调现象研究

摘要 在中国教育历史上,民国新教育运动时期中国教育和国际教育文化之间联系紧密。新教育从国外引进的时候,由于没有注意与中国传统教育文化相结合,出现了文化失调现象,它和中国社会脱节的问题愈加严重,这是后来新教育运动衰落和流产的重要原因。中国的教育改革必须立足于对传统文化的传承,不能照搬照抄国外的教育模式;教育目标的制定要符合国家与社会的需要,不可过分超前;教育方式改革要结合实际,不能急于求成。新教育运动的经验教训对新时代教育改革仍有宝贵的启示。借鉴国外的教育经验,助推新时代中国教育改革与发展,避免文化失调现象,是一个重要的课题。 In the history of Chinese education, there is a close relationship between Chinese education and the culture of international education during the New Educational Movement of the Republic of China. When the new education was introduced from abroad, cultural imbalance appeared due to the lack of attention to the combination of traditional Chinese educational culture and foreign educational culture. The problem of its disconnection from Chinese society became more and more serious, which was an important reason for the decline and abortion of the new educational movement. The educational reform of our country must be based on the inheritance of traditional culture, and can not copy educational patterns from foreign countries;the formulation of educational objectives should meet the needs of the state and society, and should not be too advanced;the reform of educational methods should be combined with reality and should not be in a hurry to achieve it.The experience and lessons of the new educational movement still have valuable enlightenment to the educational reform in the new era.It is an unavoidable problem how to learn and apply progressive educational experience of foreign countries to reform China's education, promoting China's educational reform and development in the new era and avoid cultural imbalance.
