摘要
乡土伦理的重建是实施乡村振兴战略的题中之义。从乡土伦理的社会结构基础、文化意蕴、社会组织化功能三个方面切入,传统乡土社会建立在"差序格局"的社会结构基础上,是一个伦理共同体,具有乡土性的文化基调,以关系为本位,以礼维护社会秩序;但是,现代性浪潮带来传统乡土伦理的"退场",社会结构趋于松散,经济理性渗入,乡土伦理难以再作为社会的黏合剂。破解乡土伦理"缺场"的现代性危机,需调和传统与现代的文化失调,通过"利"与"理"、礼治与法治的结合,重塑乡土伦理的文化意蕴,重构乡土伦理的社会功能,将乡土社会重建为有机团结的有机共同体,实现乡村振兴。
The reconstruction of local ethics is essential to the Rural Revitalization Strategy. From the perspective of the basis of social structure,cultural significance,the function of social systemization,the traditional local society is an ethical community. Under the social structure of "disorder pattern",ethics is vernacular,based on relationship and maintains social order with ritual. However,the tide of modernization brings about the retreat of traditional local ethics,the social structure tends to be loose,the economic reason infiltrates and the traditional ethics cannot be the social glue again. Facing the crisis of modernity that the local ethics is in absence,it is necessary to reconcile the cultural imbalance between traditional and modern. To play a role in social regulation,the local ethics should be reconstructed by combining reason with expression,rite with law. Then,rural society can restruct into an organic community of organic solidarity. In this way,the rural area can be revitalized.
