摘要
为促进黑龙江省农业经济增长,完善农业生产要素配制机制,本研究基于柯布—道格拉斯生产函数,以农业资本投入、农业劳动力投入、农业土地投入和农业中间投入4个生产要素为变量,建立超越对数生产函数,应用因子分析法去除自变量间的多重共线性,岭回归法求解模型参数,确定各个影响因素的系数。并利用本文所提方法对黑龙江省2006-2016年的相关数据进行分析。结果表明:黑龙江省正朝着农业现代化快速发展,但要素配置协同匹配水平不高,农业中间投入利用率高于农业资本投入,劳动力投入和土地投入;农业中间投入和农业劳动力投入在黑龙江省农业生产活动中的地位较高,对经济发展的贡献较大;要素间技术进步差异较小,其中农业土地投入和农业中间投入技术进步较高。
In order to promote the agricultural economic growth of Heilongjiang Province and improve the allocation mechanism of agricultural fators,based on the Cobb-Douglas production function,this study established a transcendental logarithmic production function with four production factors as variables: agricultural capital input,agricultural labor input,agricultural land input and agricultural intermediate input.Factor analysis method was used to remove the multiple collinearity among independent variables,and ridge regression method was used to solve the model parameters.Determine the coefficients of each influencing factor.The method mentioned in this paper was used to analyze the relevant data of Heilongjiang Province from 2006 to 2016.The results showed that Heilongjiang Province was developing rapidly towards agricultural modernization,but the level of coordinated matching of factors allocation was not high,the utilization ratio of agricultural intermediate input was higher than that of agricultural capital input,labor input and land input;the status of agricultural intermediate input and agricultural labor input in agricultural production activities of Heilongjiang Province was higher,and their contribution to economic development was poor;The difference was small,among which agricultural land input and agricultural intermediate input had made higher technological progress.
