摘要
基于2013年内蒙古地区的农户调研数据,运用随机前沿生产函数,从农户微观层面对影响农户粮食生产及技术效率的因素进行分析。研究发现:内蒙古粮食产出对土地、劳动、常规性物质投入均已缺乏弹性。在现有技术水平下,农户粮食生产存在技术效率损失;而改进生产要素质量,尤其是灌溉、农机,实行规模化经营,促进农村劳动力转移并鼓励和引导家庭收入非农业程度较高的农户流转土地,培养职业农民对提高粮食生产技术效率具有积极意义。
Based on the 2013 household survey data of the Inner Mongolia,using stochastic frontier production function,we analyzed the factors of household micro-level that affecting household food production and technical efficiency. The study found that grain outputs for land,labor,material inputs in Inner Mongolia were routinely lack of flexibility. Under the existing level of technology,there was a loss of technical efficiency of farmers in food production. It has positive significance to increase food production technical efficiency by improving the quality of production factors,especially irrigation and farm machinery,implementation of large-scale operation,promoting the transfer of rural labor force,encouraging and guiding the family or households that has higher non-agricultural income to transfer land,and training of professional farmers.
