天然多糖基混凝土减水剂研发趋势及应用进展

摘要 从研究和应用的角度探讨以木质素、纤维素、淀粉和甲壳素等天然多糖为原料制备混凝土减水剂的作用原理、制备工艺和改性方法。研究表明:天然多糖分子含大量活性官能团,且来源广泛,是生产减水剂的绿色原料;适于制备减水剂的天然多糖分子结构改性方法:一是活性基团的取代、氧化或接枝反应;二是高分子链的适度降解反应。天然多糖基混凝土减水剂的主要研发方向是改性机理探究、已有成果迁移、制备工艺绿色化改造、原料与产品分离纯化和减水剂复配使用规律等五个方面。 In this study,the principle,preparation process and modification method of preparing concrete water reducer by using natural polysaccharides such as lignin,cellulose,starch and chitin as raw materials were discussed from the perspective of research and application.Studies have shown that natural polysaccharide molecules contain a large number of reactive functional groups and are widely used as green raw materials for producing water reducing agents.Besides,the molecular structure modification methods of natural polysaccharides suitable for preparing water reducer are the substitution,oxidation or grafting of reactive groups as well as the reaction followed by a moderate degradation reaction of the polymer chain.The main research and development orientation of natural polysaccharide-based concrete water reducer lies in the five aspects of the modification mechanism,the migration of existing results,the greening of the preparation process,the separation and purification of raw materials and products,and the use of water reducing agents.
