摘要
以某超临界燃煤电厂的脱硝系统为研究对象,分析了脱硝系统出口氧气体积分数、氨逃逸率和反应温度对喷氨量的影响。结果表明,在630 MW机组中,当负荷达到570 MW,脱硝系统出口氧气体积分数≤4%,氨逃逸率≤3×10-6,且反应温度为390℃时,机组运行经济水平较高,又满足国家环保要求。
As an example of the denitrification system of a supercritical coal-fired power plant, the effects of the volume fraction of oxygen content, ammonia escape rate and reaction temperature at the outlet of the denitrification system on the amount of ammonia injection were analyzed. The results show that in the 630 MW unit, when the load reaches 570 MW,the oxygen content of the denitration outlet is less than 4%, the ammonia escape is less than 3 ×10-6, and reaction temperature is 390 ℃, the operation is the best in terms of economy and meets the requirements of environmental protection.
