摘要 学分银行的建设和发展对构建终身教育体系形成学习型社会起着不可替代的重要作用,不同类型学习成果的互认和衔接是学分银行的重要内容。作者主持了“建设广东终身教育学分银行”专项课题及本专业的学分认定与转换细则的研制工作,并参与了《广东终身教育资历框架等级标准》起草过程中的部分工作,从而积累了一定经验,针对学分认证与转换细则研制过程中存在的问题提出了解决对策,希望在一定程度上为其他专业的学分认定与转换细则的制定提供经验指导。 The credit bank is an effective way to realize the connection and communication of all kinds of educational achievements, and it is also the effective guarantee to realize the lifelong learning society. The establishment of credit certification and conversion rules is an important part of the credit bank, and it is also a key system of rules, which determines whether the credit bank can be successfully implemented. The construction of credit bank in our country is still in the primary stage. What kind of credit bank should be constructed and how to formulate the rules of credit certification and conversion are still in the process of exploration. This paper summarizes the construction of Guangdong Credit Bank, and describes in detail the development process and design considerations of the rules of credit recognition and conversion. In addition, from the micro point of view, this paper analyzes the problems encountered in the formulation and implementation of the rules of credit certification and conversion and the solutions. At the same time, from the macro point of view, this paper analyzes the drawbacks of the current education model which hinders the further implementation of the credit bank in our country.
