摘要
成人教育思想是晏阳初“平民教育”思想的重要组成部分。它基于晏阳初的“平民教育”实践,强调以公共性和平等性为核心价值,渐进式地推进平民识字教育、乡村建设等运动,使未受过学校教育或完整学校教育,处于蒙昧状态的人们,补受成人教育,进而发展民众的知识力、生产力、强健力、团结力,实现改造旧中国的目的。十九大党和国家提出要实施“乡村振兴战略”。在这全面决胜小康社会的关键历史时刻,重新探究晏阳初“乡村建设”思想中的“成人教育”思想,既是缅怀先生之需要,又是为更好落实“乡村振兴战略”提供思想借鉴。
The thought on adult education is an important part of Y.C.James Yen s mass education thought. It is based on his mass education practice and gradually emphasizes on advancing the civilian functional literacy , rural construction movement and other movements, with the publicity and equality as the core values. It enables people who are uneducated partly educated or ignorant to make up for adult education to development the knowledge, productivity, strength and unity of people and realize the purpose of reforming old China. In the 19th session of national congress of the communist party of China, the party and the state put forward to implement the strategy of rural revitalization . At the critical historical moment of completely winning the moderately prosperous society, the re-exploration of Y.C.James Yen s rural construction thought in adult education thought not only cherishes the memory of Mr. Yen, but also provides the referential idea of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization better.
