复合材料修复含环向裂纹管道试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了确定含环向裂纹管道的复合材料修复厚度,基于等效刚度补偿原理,提出了等效刚度铺层厚度计算方法,设计了全尺寸未补强管道和补强管道的对比试验,观察到裂纹唇口轴向应变与裂纹唇口张开位移(CMOD)的线性关系,验证了依据等效刚度铺层厚度计算方法的修复效果.试验结果表明,复合材料能够连接环向裂纹两边的管体,形成管体—复合材料缠绕层一体的新型复合结构,改善裂纹的边界约束条件,进而改变管道裂纹处应力状态,恢复含裂纹管道的承载能力.对比管道补强前后管道裂纹处轴向和环向应变曲线可知,依据等效刚度计算方法进行铺层厚度设计,能提高裂纹管道承受内压和弯矩的安全裕度. In order to determine the repair thickness of the composite material of pipelines with circumferential crack and based on equivalent stiffness and compensation principle,the equivalent stiffness method to calculate the composite thickness was proposed.The full scale comparative experiment between the unreinforced pipe and the reinforced pipe was designed and the linear relationship between the axial strain of crack mouth and the crack mouth opening displacement(CMOD) was observed.The effectiveness of the equivalent stiffness method was verified.It was shown that the composite could connect pipes on both sides of the circumferential defect,form a new composite structure composed of pipe and composite material layer,improve the boundary condition of defects,change the stress state of the pipe defect and finally restore the bearing capacity of the faulty pipeline.By comparing the axial strain and circumferential strain curve of pipe defects of the reinforced pipe and the unreinforced pipe,and depending on equivalent stiffness method to calculate the thickness of composite material,the safety margin of pressure and bending moment could be improved.
