摘要
为了改善屯兰煤矿的瓦斯抽采效果,采用液态CO2预裂技术对原始煤体进行预裂增透。研究结果表明:液态CO2预裂技术对原始煤体增透后,预裂钻孔百米钻孔瓦斯流量平均为0.029 m3/(min·hm),相比于未预裂钻孔的百米钻孔瓦斯流量0.01 m3/(min·hm)提高了3倍;预裂钻孔平均抽采量为0.061 3 m3/min、而未预裂钻孔抽采量仅为0.023 m3/min,预裂钻孔抽采量比未预裂钻孔抽采量提高了2.66倍。
In order to improve the effect of gas drainage in Tunlan coal mine, the liquid CO2 pre-cracking technology is used to pre-crack and antireflection the original coal body. The results show that the gas flow rate of pre-split 100-meter borehole is 0.029 m3/(min·hm) on average after borehole blasting, which is 3 times higher than that of unpre-split borehole. The average extraction capacity of pre-split borehole is 0.061 3 m3/min, while that of unprecracked borehole is only 0.023 m3/min. The extraction capacity of pre-split borehole is 2.66 times higher than that of unpre-cracked borehole.
