摘要
目的:探讨怀旧对教练员-运动员关系和领悟社会支持的影响,以及趋近动机在其中的中介作用。方法:采用问卷测量法,对489名大学生运动员进行测量,对变量进行相关和回归分析,并采用Bootstrap的方法对趋近动机的中介效应进行检验。结果:①怀旧与教练员-运动员关系、领悟社会支持均呈显著正相关,趋近动机与教练员-运动员关系、领悟社会支持均呈显著正相关,怀旧与趋近动机呈显著正相关。②趋近动机在怀旧与教练员-运动员关系、领悟社会支持间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的比例分别为31%和19%。结论:怀旧既可以对教练员-运动员关系和领悟社会支持产生直接作用,还可以通过趋近动机间接作用于教练员-运动员关系和领悟社会支持。
Objective: To explore the role of approach motivation on the relationship of coach-athlete relationship and perceived social support with nostalgia in college athletes. Methods: 489 college athletes were recruited and measured in questionnaire in this study. Results: ①Nostalgia positively correlated with coach-athlete relationship and perceived social support. Approach motivation positively correlated with coach-athlete relationship and perceived social support. Nostalgia positively correlated with approach motivation. ②Approach motivation partially mediated the relationship of nostalgia and coach-athlete relationship, as well as the relationship of nostalgia and perceived social support. The indirect effects accounted for 31% and 19% of the total effect respectively. Conclusion: Nostalgia has a direct influence and indirect influence mediated by approach motivation on coach-athlete relationship and perceived social support.
