摘要
新形势下民族地区脱贫工作已进入关键时期,尽管取得了一定的成绩,但仍存在脱贫对象识别机制不合理、被动脱贫模式占据主导地位、脱贫资源整合力度不够等问题,构建新形势下脱贫帮扶对象精准识别机制、动力机制、保障机制等精准脱贫机制显得愈加重要。新形势下民族地区可通过建立精准脱贫目标、发展新形势下的多元化产业、依靠教育医疗脱贫等路径完成新形势下的精准脱贫机制设计,把握新形势下民族地区精准脱贫工作的关键时期,大力推进新形势下国家精准脱贫工作的进程。
In the new situation, poverty alleviation work in ethnic regions has entered a critical period. Despite some achievements, there are still some problems such as unreasonable mechanism for identification of poverty alleviation targets, dominance of passive poverty alleviation mode, insufficient integration of poverty alleviation resources, etc. Therefore, it is increasingly urgent to construct precise poverty alleviation mechanisms for accurate identification, driving force and guarantee in accordance to the new situation. In these regions, precise poverty alleviation mechanism can be designed by establishing precise goals, developing diversified industries, relying on education and medical treatment to alleviate poverty. In such a critical period, great impetus should be given to the national precise poverty alleviation in the new situation.
